Central, open, bright and barrier-free - this is how the premises of the Citizen Service Office on the ground floor of the Lienz Town Hall present themselves.

Five employees ensure short distances and quick processing of various customer requests and questions from Monday to Thursday continuously from 07:00 to 17:00 and on Friday from 07:00 to 12:30.

In addition to general information, citizens can also get taxi vouchers and merchandise in the information center of Liebburg. Even the registration, deregistration, and change of waste containers is possible here.

The Registration office The registration office and the lost property office can also be found there. Just like the city treasury and parking management. The ticket sales for events are also handled on the ground floor of the town hall.

For service reasons, the department Social affairs and family is located on the ground floor of the town hall. All applications such as housing and rent subsidies, heating cost assistance, minimum security, or school start-up money are processed here. Just like the request for a shopping card for the SoLaLi and matters concerning the city"s kindergartens.

Wheelchair users can reach the new citizen service point from the south side of the town hall, through the entrance from Europaplatz.

Monday to Thursday continuously from 07:00 to 17:00.
Friday from 07:00 to 12:30.

The Citizen Service is closed on public holidays, on December 24 and 31. On December 23 and on Shrove Tuesday, the Citizen Service is staffed until 12:00.
