Organic Waste Collection

UnderUnder bio-waste, organic, recyclable kitchen and garden waste are understood, which are processed into valuable compost soil at the composting plant of the city of Lienz and thus form an ecological cycle. Kitchen waste in Lienz is collected directly from individual properties for processing using a collection system (brown organic waste bin). You can deliver garden and green waste to the composting plant of the city of Lienz yourself. For the uncomplicated disposal of lawn clippings and leaves, we also offer yougreen waste bags, which are picked up directly at your property by the waste disposal company. You can buy the bags at the Citizen Service Center or at the recycling center at the train station.
