City Administration Directorate

In addition to the proper organization, preparation, and documentation of the meetings of the municipal bodies (city council, municipal council), the processing of legal matters of any kind, real estate and contract management, as well as personnel matters also fall within the scope of activities of the City Office Directorate. Furthermore, the factual and infrastructural equipment as well as technical matters of the city office are also taken care of through the City Office Directorate.

City Office Director

At the head of the city office administration is the City Office Director.

In this function, the office manager is the superior of the municipal employees and heads the internal service. An essential task of the office management is also to ensure a regulated and uniform course of business. To ensure this, it is also the task to coordinate the interaction of the individual organizational units of the city office (departments).
