City Office Directorate

In addition to the proper organization, preparation, and documentation of the meetings of the municipal bodies (city council, municipal council), the processing of legal matters of any kind, property and contract management, as well as personnel matters, also fall within the scope of the city office management. In addition, the substantive and infrastructural equipment as well as technical matters of the city office are also taken care of through the city office management.

At the head of the city office administration is the city office director.

In this function, the office manager is the superior of the municipal employees and manages the internal service. An essential task of the office management is also to ensure a regulated and uniform course of business.
