Tyrolean Archive for Photographic Documentation and Art TAP

The TAP is a lasting and sustainable institution for the historically significant regional area of "Tyrol - South Tyrol". It is able to convey commonalities within the European region of Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino by collecting, digitizing, and presenting the cultural treasure of photography. It is a unique memory store for knowledge preservation and knowledge transfer.

Preservation of identity and cross-border state documentation

From January 2017 to December 2019, the EU Interreg V project "Lichtbild" was running. Since 2020, the funding is provided by the State of Tyrol, the State of South Tyrol, as well as the cities of Lienz, Bruneck, and Innsbruck. 2017 bis Dezember 2019 lief das EU-Interreg-V-Projekt „Lichtbild“. Seit 2020 erfolgt die Finanzierung über Land Tirol, Land Südtirol sowie die Städte Lienz, Bruneck und Innsbruck.
