At the stand of the Zankl fishery, you will find exquisite local fish specialties. "For some years now, Isolde and her husband Karl Zankl have been operating the Zankl fish farm in Weidenburg. The fish ponds are located in the Weidenburger Graben near the beautiful waterfall. In the clear water and pristine nature, the trout can develop perfectly. Freshly caught and processed, they are an absolute top product from the most delicious corner of Carinthia.
