Taxes and Levies

For the financing of municipal tasks, in addition to the revenue shares in the common federal taxes, the municipal taxes and levies are the most important source of financing. Municipal taxes include the municipal tax, property tax, entertainment tax, dog tax, as well as the short-term parking zone fee and the levies according to the Tyrolean Traffic Development Contribution Act (development contribution, sidewalk contribution, and compensation levy).
