From July 12 to August 17, 2024, Lienz Hauptplatz will once again be transformed into the absolute "Piazza Gourmet". Osttirol"s award-winning kitchen virtuosos will delight gourmets with their culinary delights. Top chefs from neighboring regions such as South Tyrol, Carinthia, Salzburg, and Styria enrich the offerings of "Culinary Freshness 2024". The concentrated cooking elite of Austria"s longest gourmet festival boasts no less than 28 "Gault-Millau toques" and 35 "Falstaff forks".

25 chefs of Culinary Freshness can be watched live cooking for 31 days, enjoying the diversity of alpine cuisine.

Sunday and August 15 closed!
