Von 16. Juli bis 21. August 2026 verwandelt sich der Lienzer Hauptplatz wieder zur absoluten „Piazza Gourmet“. Osttirols preisgekrönte Küchenvirtuosen verwöhnen die Feinschmecker mit ihren Gaumenfreuden. Spitzenköchinnen und -köche benachbarter Regionen von Südtirol über Kärnten, Salzburg und der Steiermark sowie ausgewählte Winzer bereichern das Angebot der „Kulinarischen Sommerfrische 2026“. Die geballte Koch-Elite des längsten Gourmet-Festivals in Österreich vereinte 2025 nicht weniger als 39 „Gault-Millau Hauben“ und 40 "Falstaff Gabeln“ auf sich.

29 chefs of the Culinary Summer Freshness can be observed cooking live for 31 days and enjoy the diversity of alpine cuisine.
